The wind chime is from the brand Zaphir, and comes from France, and symbolizes Feng Shui/harmony, also called the 5th season. 
It is handmade and consists primarily of organic and reusable wooden parts, the wooden parts are waxed so you can use them outside, but this is not recommended.
