Service Description

It begins with a one-hour conversation, during which you share your challenges and the path that has brought you here. I will explain how I work and what you can expect, and together we will define what you wish to gain from this journey. Afterward, you will lie down on the treatment table, where you will be guided into a relaxed state. This allows your subconscious to emerge, granting you access to the deepest wisdom of your soul. You will connect with your guardian spirits, who will assist you on your journey and ensure that you receive only the insights you truly need. You may have the opportunity to read from the "Book of Your Life," discover the central theme of your existence, learn how many times you have lived before, release conscious or unconscious traumas, receive healing at a profound level, and much, much more. I am a trained regression therapist and also utilize DUR-therapy©—a method developed by Helle Odder. It is an excellent tool for deep, transformative work. The result is a new level of self-awareness and an inner sense of peace, as you achieve resolution at a profound level and begin to view life with a more positive perspective. Finally, you will establish an agreement with your guardian spirits regarding how they may contact you in the future, allowing you to actively engage with them in your daily life. This part of the process takes approximately one hour. Once your journey concludes, we will discuss your experience, and you will receive practical advice and exercises to support you moving forward.
